Hello, I’m back at it!
I started this with only Christmas in mind.
Then, I figured I might continue it, as long as it worked out.
When it took off, I thought I’d definitely try to have something ready for New Year’s Eve (and Day).
Problem is, this became so big I haven’t had a chance to test recipes!
I also struggled to get a hold of the ingredients, when even the biggest Tesco was out of basics like onions, let alone meat!
But I eventually managed to get the right stuff to secure these two items:
CANELONS DE ROSTIT
So many were sorry that they didn’t get a chance to order Canelons!
Well, now it’s your chance!
I will cook all the canelons I have left, then give them a rest for a while.
It is the same recipe I cooked for Christmas and many of you loved.
I guess they’d be perfect for a special lunch on New Year’s Day.
Special, yet no fuss. Hangover friendly!
CROQUETES DE POLLASTRE
I wanted to have different options/flavours, but again, there was no time or availability of ingredients!
I will make Croquetes de Pollastre, because as I mentioned in my introduction to Croquetes, chicken is always a crowd pleaser!
They’d be perfect for the pica-pica on New Year’s Eve.
But then again, when is not a perfect time for croquetes?
A NOTE ABOUT A COUPLE OF CHANGES:
I am learning as I go.
One fo the obvious things I had to rethink was the orders and the deliveries, because numbers simply don’t add up, otherwise.
So now there’s a minimum order of two items. Which isn’t even a stretch.
Deliveries will cover London Zones 1-3 and will be £6. (Always state your full address and postcode!)
Zone 4 will be only covered as an exception and when agreed on (Always state it clearly!) and the fee will be £9.
LIMITED AVAILABILITY:
Please be aware that due to certain ingredients shortages, I will be producing a limited amount of stock.
It will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
DELIVERIES AND PICKUPS:
Deliveries will happen during Wednesday the 30th, any time between 9-18h.
Pickups will be only on Thursday the 31st in the morning.
